and the 中文.ini internal formatting seems wrong when I open with Visual Studio code, but it's the only one that seems to work with the program?

Visual Studio code need set to UNICODE with Chinese,
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FontAssoc\Associated Charset
Changed this, not sure if it helped.
Chinese Language is now working.
But the crash when changing language remains.
