To simplify the use of this page:
If there are no configurations, most fields to input data should be disabled (greyed out or hidden), user should be allowed to import a template picture, and to click New button which should always be enabled, and the new button should always create a new raw inside the list, and enable all data to be input in all the fields to be compiled.
once the user is done compiling he can click the save button at the bottom.
By default the name should be configuration_xx where xx is a simple counter, if user types in a different name, then saves, the new name is applied to the list.
an alternative for the name, if it makes it easier, is to have the list interactive, and user can type the name directly in the list, after click new. It is not big difference, it's ok if not intercative as well.
